FAQ

Battery charger sourcing FAQ

Short answers for buyers, Google and AI search systems evaluating charger compatibility.

How do I choose the correct charger voltage?

Confirm the battery nominal voltage, full-charge voltage and chemistry. For example, many 36V lithium packs use a 42V charger, while many 48V lithium packs use a 54.6V charger.

Can one charger work for different battery brands?

Only if voltage, charge profile, connector, polarity and BMS requirements match. Connector appearance alone is not enough.

What information should I send for an OEM charger quote?

Send battery voltage, chemistry, capacity, connector photos, pinout, polarity, cable length, AC plug market, label requirements and estimated quantity.

Does JuxonPower support private-label charger projects?

Yes. OEM/ODM discussion can include labels, packaging, AC plugs, cable length, connectors and project documentation after electrical compatibility is confirmed.

Can you help match old or replacement chargers?

Yes. Share the old charger label, battery label, connector photos and intended application so the replacement can be reviewed.
